Managing Director

Tonya is a dedicated skincare distributor with many years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Known for her holistic approach, Tonya advocates for advanced skincare techniques combined with a responsible, clean approach to provide real skin solutions that amplify skin health and general wellbeing.

Tonya is committed to helping her clients achieve their business goals and her passion for educating clients about effective skincare products has made her a trusted advisor in her community.

Previously, Tonya worked as an architect for 15 years and owned Vedas Beauty, a former leading beauty destination, which grew into The Greenhouse Project, an innovative holistic health, movement, and beauty center in South Dublin. Her extensive experience in luxury beauty and wellness brings unparalleled knowledge of Ireland's niche, high-performance skincare brand landscape.

Meet Ellie Balfe

Communications Director

Ellie Balfe is a content and communications expert with years of experience in the beauty industry. As a former professional makeup artist and beauty editor of Ireland’s IMAGE Magazine, Ellie has deep insights into the evolving beauty industry. She has experience in the luxury beauty retail space also, having worked at Space NK in its early years in London and Blue Eriu in Dublin, as well as being Head Makeup Artist for Stila Cosmetics and Bobbi Brown in Brown Thomas in the 90s. Aside from beauty knowledge, she brings additional expertise in luxury beauty retail and customer engagement. Her recent years spent as Head of Content at Kildare Village ensure elevated guidance on five-star retail standards as well as bringing contemporary content and communications practices, both offline and online, to Real Skin Solutions clients.

Meet Megan Byrne

Brand Development Manager

Former Head Therapist and trainer at The Greenhouse Project & Institute of Dermatologists, Megan is a dedicated skincare specialist known for her precise approach to skin health and wellness therapies. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Megan believes in fostering a deep understanding of individual skin types and concerns, empowering people to achieve their best skin. Her passion for skincare extends beyond treatments; she runs regular client training workshops to promote technique and product knowledge and acts as an advisor to accounts. Whether through one-on-one consultations or group seminars, Megan is committed to helping therapists discover brands and techniques that help them deliver top-tier service standards.

Meet Vera Blok

Biologique Recherche National Trainer

Vera is a skincare therapist with over 10 years experience. From Ukraine, where she ran her own clinic using Biologique Recherche, she also qualified as a doctor’s assistant to give her an even greater knowledge of skin and the formulations of skincare products. Combining her medical training with years of practical experience, she has cultivated a deep understanding of skin health and an unwavering commitment to delivering results-driven care.
As a key member of the Real Skin Solutions team, Vera trains all therapists working with Biologique Recherche in Ireland, ensuring that the skill level across the accounts is continually excelling.
